Shipping to Your Country – Availability and Procedure

Thor Tuning ships to many countries around the world.
Standard delivery is free within Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, etc.).

We also deliver internationally: United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Overseas Territories, Morocco, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Japan, and more.

Shipping Costs – Rates and Options

Europe (EU): Free standard shipping
Outside the EU: Flat rate of €19.99
Express shipping (if available): Additional €60
Exact shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before payment.

Order Tracking – Information and Procedure

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your delivery at any time via the website of the relevant carrier.

If you encounter any issues or cannot find your tracking link, our customer service team is here to help.

Delivery Times – Estimated Delays

• Belgium / France / Germany / Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days
• Other EU countries: 2 to 5 business days
• International: Average 5 to 10 business days depending on destination

Orders placed before 12:00 noon (business days) are usually shipped the same day.

Order Not Received – What to Do?

• Check your tracking link to see the shipping status
• Make sure your delivery address is correct
• Contact us if the package appears to be delayed or if you have not received any updates within 7 business days

We will assist you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Incomplete or Incorrect Order

If an item is missing or incorrect in your package, please contact our customer service immediately.

Include your order number, describe the issue, and attach a photo if possible.

We will promptly correct the issue by replacing or reshipping the item concerned.

Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To do so:

• Notify us by email or via our contact form
• Return the product in new, unused condition, in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are at your expense (unless the error or defect is on our part)
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item

Product Exchange

An exchange is possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us beforehand to confirm the procedure. Return shipping costs are at your expense, but we cover the cost of reshipping within Europe.

How to Return a Product?

• Contact our customer service to describe the issue or request a return
• Download the return or warranty form (available upon request)
• Carefully pack the product and include the completed form
